Rehabilitation project of an apartment on the rooftop of a century-old villa on the iconic Mont Boron in Nice, facing Cap Ferrat.
Following numerous alterations over the centuries, the overall architecture was brought into greater coherence: colors were harmonized, and the roof finished in wood and zinc.
The newly created central room, surrounded by three glass panels, seems to float above the Mediterranean and the bay of Cap Ferrat. The room beneath the cupola, once used as an observatory, has been preserved as it was and converted into a bedroom.
