TRIMTAB Architecteurs brings together architecture, interior design and construction within one integrated service. Based on the French Riviera, we guide local and international clients in reimagining distinctive properties — family homes, holiday homes and investment properties alike. Our work is rooted in the landscape between the Mediterranean and Provence, shaped by light, climate and a long architectural tradition. We seek to preserve what defines a place's identity — its proportions, materials and history — while translating it into a contemporary architectural language. Our practice combines architecture, interior design and construction through a bespoke, holistic approach. From the conversion of an existing building to the design of spaces and their details, each project is conceived as a coherent whole, in harmony with its surroundings and the lifestyle of the people who live there. Our knowledge of the region, its craftspeople and its administrative procedures enables us to guide each project with precision and confidence. TRIMTAB Architecteurs was founded in 2020 by Sebastian Völker around a distinctive idea: combining architectural design and general contracting within one integrated structure. As a member of the national cooperative Les Architecteurs, which fosters an integrated approach to design and construction, TRIMTAB Architecteurs draws on this network and its partners to deliver high-end services.
